Ceres Ventures, Inc. (Symbol - CEVE), together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, is a development stage clean technology company that identifies, licenses, develops, and/or commercializes novel environmental remediation technologies for water, air, and soil.
Our Mission
Clean water to drink, clean air to breathe, and clean soil for growing food are three of the most essential elements for life; and, unlike oil or coal, none of these resources have any available substitutes. Ceres Ventures' mission is to improve people’s quality of life by developing and commercializing various environmentally sound green technologies to purify water, air, and soil, while seeking to maximize economic return to its shareholders.
Our BluFlowTM Technology
Through its subsidiary, BluFlowTM Technologies, Inc., Ceres Ventures is currently developing, with the ultimate goal of commercializing, our patent-pending BluFlowTM Technologies that have the ability to remove harmful pathogens and a wide variety of toxic and harmful pollutants from water, soil, and air. We have retained the services of Applied Power Concepts (APC), a bio-chemical and chemical engineering firm, to further optimize and scale-up our BluFlowTM Technologies for field testing and eventual commercial deployment.
